Light Stock Fix
Fixes Vanilla bug:
Weapons with Light Stocks in vanilla apply the +1 max Overwatch Attacks even when they are secondary weapons or in the backpack.
To illustrate:
Pic1 shows Grizzly overwatching with FAL: 3 overwatch shots – in the backpack besides him are 3 guns with LightStocks.
In Pic2 Grizzly has picked up the 3 guns and put them in his backpack – suddenly the same FAL has 6 overwatch shots.
This mod fixes it, by cloning and modding the ExtraOverwatchShots modification effect.
