Description:

Adds Flashbang Core to weapons named "Flashbang", "Flash Grenade" and "Spearhead’.

What does it do exactly? Adds a realistic flashbang effect for the player and disables movement and shooting for bots.

Bot effects are WIP and feedback is appreciated.
