Legions of Warhammer – Order of the Hydra
Adds 10 new units for 2 races, recruitable by Chaos and Dark Elves from their tier 3 recruitment buildings.
Adds 2 different kind of units, Dragon Vanguard and Vipers. Female units included, they are cheaper, weaker but are recruitable earlier and serve as mainly support for the stronger units and to fill missing roles.
Dragon Vanguard: Axes&Shields, Halberds, Greataxes, female units as Spears&Shields, Archers, Mounted Archers and mounted Spears.
Viper units: Swordsmen, female witch elves and Cold Knight Witches.
Their naming is different in-game but for easier understanding they are listed as this here.
Stats are based around Chaos Chosens for male units but they have more hp and are overall more durable. Cause who likes battles with units that rout under five minutes?
All units also have the regeneration trait cause Hydra themed army, female units for the Vanguard have guerilla deployment cause duhhh "Vanguard". Viper units all use poisoned weapons and are effective against infantry.
Units use chaos warriors tech and lord trees for the Chaos Faction and make use of the various dark elves tech and lord trees depending on what fits them most.. This might be subject to change or removed if it doesn’t work as intended.
Some 2 "heroes" will be added if they will look good enough and if i can make them work in the campaign as intended.
The units might be enabled for the Empire aswell or the HE.
Suggestions for units ecc… are welcome as is constructive feedback. Requests for units or other stuff might be considered if it’s something doable and tingles my modding senses.
