用一本都市之星的书接待游戏开发部
目前仅支持中文
本mod目前添加了一场蔚蓝档案的相关接待，并且围绕充能体系
关于游戏开发部下意识就想到是充能体系了，并且原版的充能实在是太弱，就想着增强它
难度可能超模了，原本是对标都市之星的难度的
我是绘画渣，SD小人绘制不太好，并且因为时间问题，也没有去绘制卡牌的插图，用的都是官方插画
如果可以的话，我想为补习部做一个弃牌体系的
更新日志不写在这里了，去改动说明看
（之前版本毛关系都没有）
1.重新绘制SD
2.自己绘制卡牌插图而不是使用《蔚蓝档案》官方插画
3.完善接待剧情

Added the Charge Storage mechanic: when gaining Charge, if the Charge layers exceed the maximum, half of the excess value will be converted into Charge Storage.

Fixed bugs.

Fixed potential WarpCharge bugs caused by missing null checks
Gebura can now host The Game Development Department
Fixed a bug where incorrect WarpCharge layer checks caused some Passives and Page abilities to not activate
Fixed a bug where some Passives were destroyed immediately after applying Buffs
Changed the activation timing of some Passives to occur at the end of each turn
1.Redraw SD assets
2.Replace official Blue Archive illustrations with original card artwork
3.Enhance reception scenarios
