Stronger Scorched Earth
Hello fellow Rimw.. i mean EU5 player. Have you ever woken up and felt dissapointed that your new shiny game EU5 doesn’t allow you to sack provinces?
Well this mod makes that possible.
Current features
1-Can now be used on your enemies too not just your own provinces
2-Now reduces development by 0.50 control by 100% and prosperity by 50 points
3-Kills around 5% of the pops living in the province
4-Can only be used on the same province once every 3 years
5-Gives you 50 antagonsim centered on the location you commited the sacking in
AI almost never uses it
