Description:

Removes the following alerts I find useless:

– Welcome to Europa Universalis
– Buildings / RGOs missing employees
– Unprofitable Buildings
– Weather Alert
– Pirates/privateers in Maritime
– Underage Heir
– No general / admiral
– Low army / navy maintinance
– Unintegrated Provinces
– Revolt progressing
– Location has devastation
– Pops goods needs unmet
