Dumb Warfare Design Tweak for 1.0.8 (Heavy)
This is variant of the DWDT standalone mod that includes adjustment on Age effects.
With sacrifice of the compatibility, this variant bring following additional tweaks
1. War Demand Cost Adjustment
War cost is lowered for all ages, and will get even lower as age progresses
2. Mercenary Size and Cost Tweak
Due to removal of dull bonus vs. levies in DWDT, vanilla mercenaries has problem of being too expansive and not large in size, to match with mod’s tweak. By adding Mercenaries modifiers on Age effects, Mercenaries are significantly cheaper to hire, and will be more available.
3. Legislative Efficiency bonus over time added
As age progresses, Legislative Efficiency increases, along with integration speed, allowing more land to be taken at less cost and hostility.
4. Levy combat balance additional tweak.
Levy combat efficiency drop due to age progression is reintroduced. Along with Levies’ stat adjustment, levies will become more and more fragile but remains to be somewhat effective in inflicting damage. Untrained gunners gets wiped easily but guns kill nonenthless.
Not Compatible with any mod that tweaks Age effects. (common/Ages)
