Inspired by "Focus The Limb" mod:

Vanilla game has high chances to hit chest and/or stomach (140).
New modded races in UWE used many vanilla values and had similar chances to hit chest/stomach.
Consult screenshots to see all the changes.

This mod normalises chance to hit values for most humanoids to:
80 chance to hit legs
80 chance to hit left arm
60 chance to hit right arm
60 chance to hit chest/stomach/head

You do not need the "Focus The Limb" mod for this mod to work.
