More Market Access Cost Per Distance
Increases market access cost by 20% per pixel. Intended to be used to complement my other mods which increase market access over roads and over sea tiles to knock access down a notch and bring things a bit more into balance.
Could also complement other mods. As a single line fix, it should have minimal conflicts.
I would not really recommend using it alone, but to each their own.
