Pursue Hostiles
This mod adds an option under the Survivor’s Restrictions tab to pursue enemies in sight range while drafted.
Tired of having melee focused survivors just watch as hostiles waltz on by? Or when you’re in the early game without ranged weapons and groups of survivors just stand around if enemies are ever so slightly out of their melee range?
No more. Survivors will now close the distance to attack, making melee and short ranged combat more viable. This can be turned off and on at your discretion.
For ranged combat, this will only affect weapons with range less than 30m as that’s the colonist’s default sight limit.

NOTE! Make sure to turn this off with any colonists equipped with long range weapons manning defense towers. Because of the nature of the mod, they will leave their garrison to close the distance as the towers fudge the sight math.
