Description:

There are a few other mods related to the power structures, but none that do quite what I want, so I made this for my own game.

Increased power output of a lot of the power structures, but also increased the materials and time required to build them. The point being more to to minimize the large area "clutter" of so many devices in the late game rather than gain any real gameplay advantage.

Power Outputs Increased:

  • Wind Turbine – Power increased from 40 to 175
  • Carbon Wind Turbine – from 80 to 300
  • Solar Panel – From 20 to 100
  • Advanced Solar Panel – From 40 to 150
  • Diesel Generator – From 50 to 150
  • Power Cell Generator from 100 to 250
  • Graphene Solar Panel from 60 to 200

Added New devices and research projects to unlock them:

  • Carbon Power Pole – A more durable power pole made with carbon Nanotubes.
  • Advanced Diesel Generator – Produces 250 power and is more fuel efficient than the standard Diesel generator. Requires Metal alloys, cpu core, and electronics to construct.
  • Carbon Power Cell Generator – Produces 400 power and is more fuel efficient than the standard power cell generator. Requires carbon Nanotubes, electronics and power cells to construct.
  • Carbon Solar Panel – Produces 300 Power. Requires Carbon Nanotubes and electronics to construct.

Other features:

  • Added upgrade paths for Power Poles, generators, solar panels and Wind Turbines so you can "reconstruct" to upgrade them rather than needing to deconstruct and rebuild.
    – Note that sometimes when reconstructing a power pole it will lose connections. You can fix this by simply "moving" it. You can move it to the same spot it is already in by simply rotating it.
  • Increased Battery Storage capacity from 1000 to 2500.
  • Increased Battery Recharge rate from 100 to 250
  • Added one more tier of Battery Optimization technology to even further increase the optimization of your batteries.
  • Increased connection range of Power poles to one another (from 15m to 25m).
  • Increased radius covered by Lightning Rods.
  • Increased range of Motion sensors from 24 to 40 and increased the metal cost for construction accordingly.
  • Reduces rate of breakdown for most devices. Because the default game breakdown rate is hella stupid.

Note that because of the increased resource cost to build even the base game devices, the cost-to-entry for electricity is higher. You’ve been advised.

Do NOT use this mod with any other mod which also adjusts the above mentioned devices.
