Description:

If Isaac acquires any of the following card-related items, he’ll gain the ability to flip tarot cards around:

  • Ace of Spades
  • Blank Card
  • Booster Pack
  • Deck of Cards
  • Starter Deck
  • Tarot Cloth

Eden and Tainted Eden get this ability by default.

Tap the drop button to flip cards. If you have more than one pocket item, you’ll need to hold the map button down before tapping the drop button (so you don’t switch between slots).

If you’re playing as The Forgotton then you’ll always need to use the map + drop keys.

By default, you can flip any supported cards regardless of unlock status. If you don’t like that then you can change the setting with Mod Config Menu.
