Auto Event Mod
Adds options to tedious events to always select a certain event option and hide the popup.
Current supported events:
1. On Colony Complete
– Add "Always keep it as part of Country for now!"
– Add "Always Let it join nearby colonial nation."
– If there is a nearby colony, it will add province to it. If not, it will pop up the original event so you can still create new
colony nation.
Added in V 1.1:
2. Disable Random Exploration Events
– There are 40 of these annoying events that just give/take barely any gold/prestige and +-5% exploration progress. All of which are annoying to people playing on 5 speed.
All changes are set up with Game Rules, so you can enable/disable whichever you want.
That is all for now. I’m looking into adding a bunch more events in the future. This one actually took a lot more than I expected due to deficiencies in the modding api.
To clear the automation flag, I am using the ‘character interactions’ menu, since there is no ‘Decisions’ menu like other paradox games. When an automation is set up for an event, the ‘clear’ decision will be in your ruler’s right click interaction menu. Taking suggestions on a better place to put this, but its essentially the same as a country interaction or decision.
