Free and Easy Terraforming Powers
Adds a whole suite of domain powers with 0 costs. There’s a free version of Claim Territory in the exploration domain, and the engineering domain has an "Enable Terraforming Powers" power that will unlock a series of powers to turn any base tile to any other base tile, make tiles their lush variants, or destroy bonus goods to allow for outpost/city/town placement. Similarly, theres a "Disable Terraforming Powers" power so that you can avoid completely filling up the engineering domain when you aren’t in the mood for terraforming. Reveals the exploration and engineering domains from game start (by adding and then removing 1 point from each) so that these powers can be used right away.
