Panoz LMP-1 ’99
Panoz LMP-1 Roadster-S
At the end of 1998, the GT1 regulations were retired. As such, Panoz, with its Esperante GTR-1, could not continue competing unless it became either an LM GTP or an LMP. The American carmaker chose the latter and developed the LMP-1 Roadster-S, sharing almost, if not all, every aspect from the GTR-1 down to the engine selection: the 6.0 L V8 engine. The car debuted in 1999, competing against Audi and BMW in Le Mans, and winning American Le Mans Series’ LMP title in the same year.
3 liveries are available for this car as well as 7 placeholder liveries. This includes:
– #11 Panoz Motor Sports (1999 24 Hours of Le Mans / LMP Class)
– #12 Panoz Motor Sports (1999 24 Hours of Le Mans / LMP Class)
– #13 J&P Motorsports (1999 Petit Le Mans / LMP Class)
In addition, players can make their own liveries using the available paint parts through the "custom colors" option.
