Counterattack Dark Event Fix
Address two potential bugs with the Counterattack Dark Event.
1) The Dark Event never actually works. because the DE Overwatch is not bound to any weapon, it always fails the ammo check and can’t actually be used.
This is addressed by setting a default slot on the ability’s template.
2) In some cases, enemies will opt to just shoot at you with the action point they’ve been given.
This is addressed by changing the action point it uses to a new unique one.
