Banking Expansion
This mod adds a new building allowing banking countries to recruit regiments.
You will need military access for your troops otherwise they will be exiled. As the building is a foreign building
This mod also changes the AI chance for loan offers, so they’re more willing to accept offers.
Compatibility:
This mod changes the "00_ai_diplochance" file. Any mod that does the same will conflict.
