Saleen S7-R GT1
Saleen S7-R GT1
Saleen S7-R, a GT1 racing car based on Saleen S7, has been around since its debut in 2001 24 Hours of Daytona, and 2006 marked its sixth competitive year after numerous victories in-between. The 2006-spec S7-R GT1 was developed by Oreca with aims of competing in Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, while still keeping Ford’s 7.0 L engine intact. ACEMCO Motorsport would field this S7-R GT1 to Le Mans while Team Oreca ones would be built with a slightly different bodywork.
The #66 ACEMCO Motorsport livery (2006 24 Hours of Le Mans, LM GT1 class) is featured in this car, as well as the blank car that appears to resemble Team Oreca’s Le Mans Series car (due to different bodywork which requires its own car class). 8 placeholder liveries are available, giving players a chance to make their own liveries using the available paint parts through the "custom colors" option.
