loadout[Fixed]
这是lyte制作的loadout mod的升级版。AI简单跑了一下，补全了一下内容，ai真好用啊。
相比较原版增加了按住方向键快速滑动道具，不再是一下一下点击。
面板改为逐行滚动而不是直接翻页。
增加了点击按键后在身边生成带底座的道具。
现在可以在战斗中打开面板，会对游戏进行暂停。
可以在mod管理面板中进行对按键进行绑定。
增加了一个新的背景面板，可在mcm中调整。（更新的本质就是换皮）
默认按键：打开/关闭面板：L 键
添加道具 (Add)：Enter (回车键)
移除道具 (Remove)：Backspace (退格键)
生成道具底座 (Spawn)：G 键
移动光标：方向键 (上下左右) 。
注意：按键可在 Mod Config Menu (MCM) 中自定义修改。
This is an enhanced version of Lyte’s original Loadout mod.
Added rapid scrolling by holding directional keys instead of repeated pressing.
Changed menu navigation to scroll row-by-row instead of page-by-page.
Added a function to spawn the selected item on a pedestal nearby.
The menu can now be opened during combat, pausing the game.
Keybindings are fully rebindable via Mod Config Menu.
Added a new background style switchable in the settings.
