When I play Nova Monumenta Iaponiae Historica, I’m thinking of Great Holy War.
When I play CK2, I want to fight aginst Nobunaga Shogun.
Since there’s even the Aztec culture in CK2, there’s no reason that stops me become a Daimyō.
Basically, it’s a skin mod of Sunset Invasion DLC.
This mod replaces ALL events in Sunset Invasion DLC, with counterpart instead.
- Aztec religion = Shinto religion
- Nahuatl culture = Wajin culture
- Sacrifice imprisoner = Tameshigiri (target test cutting) imprisoner
- [WIP] Defeated by Inca = Defeated by Yuan (JD related)
- Steam achievement = …Sorry, can’t do that
Events rewritten and obsolete codes fixed.
CoA and lots data are from NMIH mod. So you can say this mod is rather a port of NMIH.

Mod compatibility: Strong. Because of most of modifications are provided as add-ons, rather than directly editing vanilla files.
Since I do not have any portrait pack, you may have different Wajin look if you enable some portrait pack like "Mongol Faces".
Portrait packs that take effects on "mongolgfx" and "bodpagfx" will have high priorty and use their faces instead.
