Republic Will Not Take Your Man
No more Republic Countries elect your best people in court to be their ruler.

I had my head of cabinet, a brilliant guy, being snatched from me to serve as a ruler in some italian state. Happened to my queens husband as well, who also had great stats and lead my army. If it fixes that. then god bless."
Yes, this is exactly what this mod do.

I agree and it is what it should be. But ruler and consort is auto banned from cabinet inside game engine, you can do nothing about it with current mod API as far as I know. I have made a mod API request, but you know….
