Choose culture for assimilate area
Allows you to choose a target culture for the assimilate area cabinet action, similar to how the standard promote culture action works.
Known issues:
– Cultural % displayed in the choose area screen and on the outliner just shows the current primary culture %. This is due to a lack of in-built function for retrieving the average target culture % across an entire area.
– Some of the localisation around the outliner and tooltips has probably been missed.
