Do you ever feel like the input shortage is not punishing enough that you can just ignore? Or that ai country that is 100% blockaded can still have a stable economy?
Now not anymore

Introducing shortage matters, this mod entails three tweaks to the game. Changing the price range from -75%~+75% to -99%~+99%, so one will suffer more when demand exceeds supply but also benefit from low price in the case of supply exceeds demand. To avoid price changing too much, the ratio of buy/sell orders effecting max/min price change from 2 to 3.

Secondly, changing the shortage penalty from 0.5 to 0.75 and missing goods penalty from 0.75 to 0.99. This means having not enough goods to supply your building will severely hamper their output, and a railroad with no engine will not be able to provide infrastructure at all.

Lastly, changing the shortage threshold from 0.5 to 0.6, this means your building now need at least 60% goods instead of 50 of its required numbers to avoid penalty.

You can change the numbers if you feel the shortages are too punishing or not punishing enough. Feedback is appreciated.
