Infantry only for Dynamic conquest(Valour)

I really liked infantry only conquest mod made by L.F CPU_recruit. But unfortunately, he went inactive and mod paused update.
So I thought why not I just make by myself instead of relying on someone? So here I am.
This mod makes AI only spawn infantry on dynamic conquest, which allows you feel real infantry slaughter vibe.
So far only tested for Japan, but it worked well for me. Please tell me if you encounter any issue in other nation. I might update on freetime.
