Deadly Sieges and Raids
Sieges and raids are now FAR deadlier.
More characters will be imprisoned and many more will die.
• Removed the limit "is_at_war_with = root.enemy_side.side_primary_participant", allowing captures in battles outside of formal wars.
• Removed the restriction preventing already–imprisoned characters from being captured (and killed).
• Base prisoner capture chance during raiding and sieges increased to 60%.
• Added a 50% pre-roll death chance for every potential capture target in sieges and raids.
• Added a new event notifying the attacker/raider about kills after a siege or raid.
• 2× chance to get a raid event if the character has the Viking/Raider trait.
