Martian Contraception Tech & Upgrade
Based on original idea from "Infirmary Birth Control/Sterilization" mod by Ampoliros.
This mod add new tech (in Biotech branch) : Martian Contraception, this is unlock a new upgrade for all medicals buildings. This upgrade up the min
confort birth at 95 into the dome. New gameplay : it is now essential to have at least 1 medical building into the dome for childbirth.

Dome without medical building = 90
Dome with medical building = 70
Dome with medical building upgraded [on] = 95
COMPATIBILITY : D’ont use any mod with birth change or medical building
KNOW ISSUES :
– You need a new game, because the tech tree on existing game is already built…
