All Pops Can Grow
Enables all pop types to grow
Because why won’t they?
Clergy is a bit dubious depending on the culture/religion, but I think its alright as a generalization
Compatibility
Should be compatible with almost everything, including most future and previous game versions
The mod literally only injects a "grow = yes" flag to all pop types that don’t have it yet.
