Which is the most useless ability of Military Engineer? Must be building route. An expensive ME can build just 2 plots of route, but a cheap merchant can build 15 plots! That makes no sense.

This mod changes the way Military Engineer building route. It still can just "build" twice, but actually it can record the first position where it built route, and then stretch the route to the second position! (Just as the merchant does, but take the shortest first instead of the fastest) This mechanism works for each route within 9 plots (including starting plot and target plot). If you are building railway, corresponding resources are needed. Each plot of railway cost 1 coal and 1 iron. If resources are not enough, the connecting route will be downgraded to modern road.

There will be marks and texts in game to tell you where the route would pass and whether you can build it.
