Yet another infected prisoner joins the gang.
This is a reskin of Urban Charger by SirWololo, whom I’d like to thank for giving permission to use this skin.
I felt like recoloring the pants wouldn’t be enough, so I’ve decided to make him more brutal by getting rid of his right eye and showing off more of his skull. This means that the Charger_Diffuse VTF is modded, so it won’t work with retextures but, if you want, feel free to dig into the VPK and delete it.
