Updated to 1.18, fixed decisions to new update, as well as updated traits to the way they’re supposed to be now as well

Renames male Witches to Warlock.
Makes the decision to "Found a Witch Coven" easier if your religion accepts Witchcraft or if your religion believes that being a Witch is Virtuous.
