Description:

This mod adds the Deep Foundations, the extension parts for vanilla storm buildings.
The new foundations enclose the original foundation parts and fill the visible gaps between the structures and uneven terrain.
There are 13 types of foundations listed below, one for each vanilla storm building.

00 Small Shack Foundation
01 Storm House Foundation / 01 Storm House Foundation (Lagoon)
02 Bughouse Foundation
03 Y-House Foundation
04 L-House Foundation / 04 L-House Foundation (Lagoon)
05 Longhouse Foundation
06 Snailhouse Foundation / 06 Snailhouse Foundation (Lagoon)
07 Stephouse Foundation
08 Stationhouse Foundation
09 Watchtower Foundation

All new foundations are unlocked by completing a new, separate research "Deep Foundation". After that, you can find new foundations in the "FOUNDATIONS" building category. "Deep Foundation" is a level 2 core category research, and its prerequisite is "Medium Building Shells."
The construction costs of the foundations are all set to 0 so that you can construct/demolish them in unreachable terrain.

Installing foundations is simple: first, construct a "main" building, such as Storm House or L-House. Then select the corresponding foundation and move it near the main building. The foundation part will automatically snap to its target.

Dismantling a foundation is also easy, but it requires a little caution.
When you dismantle a foundation, check the right-click context menu or the status screen at the bottom left to ensure you select the correct target.
Clicking as low as possible on the foundations will reduce selection errors.

Import is not required.
It is recommended to remove all foundations from your save when turning off this mod.

-NOTE-

You can place these foundations only on vanilla storm buildings.
They cannot be attached to any mod-added buildings, even if those buildings have the same shape as the vanilla ones.

You can attach foundations to buildings while they are under construction.

The height of each foundation piece is fixed and limited; it does not automatically stretch to match the terrain. Therefore, depending on the terrain, even foundations may not fill the gap between the building and the ground.

The colliders of foundations cover most of vanilla foundations, but some vanilla colliders are on the surface. The entrance areas are the most notable example, because I removed the foundation’s colliders around the entrances to prevent interference with doors or stairs.

The "small terraces" beside the door of Storm House, Y-House, and Longhouse are blocked when you build foundations on these buildings.
