The story :

Mercenaries have seized control of the SARCOGRAD nuclear power plant in Eastern Europe. An NGO sends Steve to infiltrate the facility and input the reactor’s neutralization codes to prevent a disaster.

Once the main campaign is finished, choose the "load map" button, then "miscellaneous" category, and select SARCOGRAD.
