Description:

This submod allows you to freely change your racial military, bypassing standard requirements such as racial population percentages and racial tolerance. Whether you seek to experiment with unconventional tactics or simply forge a new martial identity for your nation, this tool places full control in your hands.

Still requires you to have 200 mil power and not having Restructuring Racial Military modifier tho.

This mod overwrites no files, so this mod should be compatible with everything (theoretically). Of course you need Anbennar as this mod is its submod.
