True Patents
Changes the patents technology to not be repeating, but instead grant you funding each Sol based on how many technologies you have researched.
Some technologies are worth more than others.
If you have Mod Config installed, it will also allow you to adjust the cost of research. By default this is unused, and vanilla research costs apply.
Rewards at default settings, per day:
10 mil per non-breakthrough research.
50 mil per breakthrough research.
