【V2.0 Tier 3,4 Update】
I added more powerful mining rigs, top tier power receivers, and new rare root items and new ways to get Gut coins.
Also, a stylish (by my standards) new wallet that swings like a vanilla lantern has been added.

The "Gutcoin Encryption Key" added in this update may not appear when you do not import your existing saves or start new game.
If you want to play all the added content, I recommend you to import or start new game.

◆About this mod
This mod adds an "energy" virtual currency, "Gutcoin," and its mining equipment, as well as the equipment to access the power grid, where electricity can be paid for with Gutcoin.
Mining Gutcoin requires a large number of computer components (especially graphics boards) and a tremendous amount of electricity.
And at the end of a steady supply of components and power, there is a huge amount of unearned income that would be the envy of even the nobles of the United cities.
Travel the world, gather supplies, and build the most powerful mining factory.

◆About Gutcoin mining up to Tier 2
Mining of Gutcoin can be performed by setting up a graphics board in a " Mining Rig," which is a computer designed for mining.
Mining efficiency improves with the number of GPUs attached to the rig, and the GPUs themselves wear out more slowly.
A stable supply of GPUs and power is essential for stable mining.
(Note: The number of GPUs refers to the number of GPUs on the exterior of the equipment, not the number of GPUs remaining in the inventory.)

☆Mining after Tier 3
Instead of a graphics boards, "mining units" are used, specialized equipment for mining.
It is completely different from mining up to Tier 2, but mining efficiency and equipment durability have been greatly improved.

★Changes from vanilla
Added CPUs and old CPUs to the inventory of some skeletons and thralls. This made them walking graphics board material. Let’s go hunting.

◆Added items (☆= Added in this update.)
・Physical Gutcoin
A physical token of virtual currency issued backed by the natural resources of the Kenshi planet. Not only can they be redeemed for cash, but they can also receive power equivalent to their value.

・Empty physical Gutcoin
Empty Gutcoin with no cryptographic data written on them. Just a junk item.

・Gutcoin Power Terms
A set of documents required to access the power grid that can be used to pay for gut coins. Research item.

・Small electric parts
A pile of miscellaneous electronic components, finer than a typical electronic component. It is the material for many PC components.

・CPU
CPU for personal computers; small and expensive, ideal for smuggling and trading goods.

・CPU cooler
CPU cooler for PC. if you don’t build a PC, you can use it as a fan.

・CPU grease
Grease to be applied between CPU and CPU cooler. It is also in demand as an ointment on skeletons and can actually be used for repairs.

・SSD
Durable storage device. Reliable even if eaten by Gutters.

・RAM
Computer memory. Don’t eat it.

・GPU riser
A component used to connect multiple graphics boards to a single motherboard.

・PSU
Power supply unit for PCs. Big, heavy and bulky.

・Motherboard
Large electronic circuit boards that form the basis of a computer. Also bulky.

・Graphic board
A luxury item that everyone wants. Consumed in large quantities in mining.

☆Mining Unit
Some kind of application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for cryptocurrency mining.
It can be manufactured from two grabbers and some small electronic parts.

☆Gutcoin Encryption Key
A metal tablet that keeps the encryption keys need to trade Gutcoins.
Trading this is illegal all over the continent, but it can be used to access a gutcoin trading platform to withdraw coins from someone’s account.

A case for cash, Physical Gutcoins, or other valuable items.

☆Field Wallet (5 colors)
A waterproof and dustproof hard case type wallet useful for exploration.
When equipped, it swings like a lantern from vanilla.
You can find yellow one everywhere, but others are hard to find as they are "limited edition".

These additional containers can be found at adventure supply shop, or you may find them when you defeat somebody.
(e.g. Wanted, Faction or squad leader)
They have unique models, but except for the field wallet, it is not reflected in the character’s appearance when equipped as a backpack.

◆Added buildings
・Mining Rig Tier 1
A computer used for mining Gutcoin. Consumes large amounts of power and GPUs.
Mining efficiency depends on the number of GPUs installed.
Up to 8 GPUs can be added in Tier 1.

・Mining Rig Tier 2
Expanded Tier 1 rig. Up to 16 GPUs can be installed.
Mining efficiency is slightly increased.

☆Mining Rig Tier 3
Specialized equipment for mining.
consumes Mining Units instead of GPUs.
There is no compatibility with Tier 2 and lower rigs, but the performance has been dramatically improved.
Up to 8 Mining Units can be added in Tier 3.

☆Mining Rig Tier 4
Expanded Tier 4 rig. Up to 16 Mining Units can be installed.
Mining efficiency is highest, but requires large amounts of power for stable operation.

・Mobile Power Receiver
A device for " receiving" electric power from power transmission satellite in orbit.
You can receive power by placing Gutcoin.
For a small base, one of these is sufficient.

・Stationary Power Receiver
A large stationary power receiver.
When placed in multiple locations, it becomes a fairly stable source of power.

☆Heavy Power Receiver
Large power receiver with 6-meter class parabolic antenna.
If the mining plant gets larger, you may need more than one of these.

☆ Ancient Power Receiver
A miniature version of an ancient communication tower modified as a power receiver.
If this is not enough… try to find another generator mod or something.

・Small electronic parts workbench
A Workbench for making small electronic parts from vanilla electronic components.
Required skill: Labor

・AI Core / CPU unit / Old CPU unit disassembly table
A workbench for disassembling various vanilla items and making small electronic parts.
Required skill: Labor

・Computer parts workbench
A Workbench for making various computer parts from small electronic parts, etc.
Required skill: Labor

・CPU unit extractor
Equipment to break the hard armor of the skeleton to extract the CPU unit.

☆Gutcoin Trading PC
A laptop computer to access the Gutcoin trading platform with crypto keys you got and withdraw Gutcoins from someone’s account without permission.
You can get 5 Gutcoins from 1 Gutcoin encryption key.

◆Screenshot pack
The models added in this mod have been set up so that they can be placed as furniture.
You can place them in normal construction mode, but I recommend using developer mode (default: shift+F12).
