Description:

Like many others, I was dissapointed in that Throgg didn’t recieve a monstrous generic lord to lead his armies in ToT, so I decided to do something about it. This mod adds a number of loreful monstrous units to Throgg’s faction, based on the Monstrous Horde he had in the End Times, including a modified Doombull to command his secondary armies. Modified you ask? Well I’ve modified its redline skill-line, replacing most regular BM-buffing skills with Norscan ones for more appropriate buff-targets. Speaking of those:

This mod adds the following units for Throgg:

Doombulls and Gorebulls
All 3 variants of Minotaurs (mostly count as Trolls for buffs)
Forsaken (Marauders)
Dragon Ogres and Shaggoths (general monsters)
Cygors and Ghorgons (general monsters/Giants)

All part of his End Times list and attached to the Creatures of Chaos building chain. They are counted as Trollkind, since I figured that if a Dread Maw counts as Trollkind, so would Minotaurs and so on. I avoided adding the Slaughterbrute though because I don’t really think it fits. But once we get Chaos Ogres officially, I’ll add them to this mod. I haven’t added the Troll Hag and such since there are other mods out there that do that and this one is sort of intended to run alongside for instance Nemmy Wemmy’s Trolls for the Troll King mod, which adds more to the Troll side of the equation, bringing Throgg truely to being the King of Trolls AND Monsters that he really is supposed to be.

NOTE: You’ll see some BM units doubled in some buff-screens. That’s because I technically had to create new units that didn’t have unit caps and had upkeep/rec costs in order to port over to Norsca and being properly recruitable. Especially with Ghorgons and Cygors you’ll see them twice sometimes, due to them being featured in the Monstrous Arcanum.

Enjoy!
