Blonde Blazer was an active superhero being dispatched on the streets, earning a reputation for herself as a courageous hero.
Eventually, she decided to broaden her career by moving into a management role, being assigned to take over SDN Torrance. Her leadership reshaped the struggling branch into a model for the company, in particular its efforts to rehabilitate former supervillains and retrain them as heroes through the Phoenix Program.
