Zollverein Cohesion fix
This mod applies an artificial modifier to Zollverein cohesion in the event of a Prussian civil war, in order to prevent the collapse of the entire Power Bloc simply because Prussia faces a minor rebellion.
HOW DOES IT WORK? Whenever a civil war breaks out in Prussia, the Power Bloc receives a significant bonus to cohesion which lasts until 9 months after the end of the civil war (this is to ensure the recovery of the Prussian economy). After 9 months, the modifier is removed and Prussia is on its own.
The modifier is automatically removed if the rebels win. This is done to follow the game logic regarding revolutions and for balance reasons.
The modifier applies ONLY in the case of a Prussian civil war. Other members of the Zollverein are on their own and will leave the Power Bloc should the rebels win, as the vanilla game intended.
