More Dynamic Institutions
Remove institution spawn restriction of continent.
Institutions can spawn in Asia or Africa, not only in europe and north africa.
Still some institutions have restriction – Renaissance only spawns in certain areas of italy, as vanilla does, Confessionalism spawn in Catholic country, so it will spawn in europe unless a country outside europe converts to Catholic.
Condition for New World is changed.
A country needs to discover azores/canary/cape verde to get in vanilla, so the mod adds northwest coast/western arctic/alaxsxaq area(all in alaska region) to the condition, for asian countries. Go explore beyond bering sea as Korea/Japan!
One last change, institutions won’t spawn in America or Oceania until the Age of Reformation, because game will be completely gone ♥♥♥♥ if Professional Armies spawn in Mesoamerica.
