Regional Recruitment
This mod allows you to recruit local auxiliaries, thralls, and monsters from a variety of new buildings added to the campaign map. The new buildings are hand placed in appropriate regions based on what faction is native to that region.
Some factions can convince the local population to willingly fight for them. Regions within the realms of men, elves, and dwarfs have unique buildings that allow you to recruit units native to that region.
Available auxiliaries (order): Empire, Bretonnia, Kislev, Cathay, Norsca, Khurgan, Dwarfs (human factions only), High Elves (human and wood elves only), Wood Elves (High Elves and Dark Elves only)
Available auxiliaries (disorder): Norsca, Khurgan, Hobgoblins
Available auxiliaries (undead): Tomb Kings
Available auxiliaries (chaos): Norscan, Khurgan, Chaos Dwarf
Some factions prefer to force the local population to fight for them against their will. These factions have access to similar thrall buildings that allow them to recruit local thralls.
Available thralls: Empire, Bretonnia, Kislev, Cathay, Dwarfs, High Elves, Greenskins, Skaven
Some factions are able to train the local beasts and monsters to fight for them. They can be recruited from new buildings in their local habitats.
-Requires Mixu’s Unlocker (to enable unique building slots for each region)
-Compatible with TOW and IEE maps by ChaosRobie
-Compatibility with Cataph’s Southern Realms and OvN Lost Factions to be added later
-It is very likely that I missed some regions that should have an aux, thrall or monster building based on the lore. If you feel I missed one, let me know in the comments.
