Yingo Han-Sen
Yingo Han-Sen, second youngest daughter of the famed Han-Sen family, is here in Rivals of Aether!
Hailing from an OC-verse called Thunderbrand, Yingo is an energetic and hot-headed mechanic who values flashiness over any kind of practicality. With a big wrench and bigger dreams, Yingo acts as an average all-arounder with the ability to specialize her kit in a number of ways.
She also has a home-stage, the Han-Sen Workshop!

Yingo can use her NSpecial or DSpecial to gain Inspirations from her enemies actions! By using these moves against a Physical, Projectile or an Article (think Kragg rock, or Maypul’s Lily. Any kind of "stage control" element a character can put on the field.), she’ll gain up to two Inspirations. Inspirations buff parts of Yingo’s moveset and kit, while stacking two Inspirations grants you a Synergy, which unlock new options for her moves.
Physical Inspirations grant Yingo a damage and knockback boost to all of her attacking moves, except for her projectiles. Specifically, one Inspiration gives a 1.1x multiplier bonus to your knockback and a 1.2x bonus to damage. A Synergy boosts the damage multiplier up to 1.3x!
Projectile Inspirations buff the power of all of Yingo’s projectiles, as well as patching up her light weight. Specifically, it turns her from a semi-light weight to being slightly heavier than average.
Speed Inspirations improve Yingo’s movement speed, both on the ground and in the air.
Using this mechanic, Yingo can adapt to match-ups and enemy play styles — as well as your own play style! — on the fly! Be creative, be flashy, and show the world your stylish ingenuity!
Starts as a weak Counter where Yingo stops to think for a second). Depending on what kind of hitbox she activates this move near, she gains different Inspirations (Physical, Projectile or Speed), which she can have up to two of.
After the Counter frames, it becomes a Charge move where Yingo can hold down Special to fill a bar above her head. After about 6 seconds of charging, you get an Inspiration! Your first Inspiration will be random, but the second one will match your first Inspiration, granting a Synergy if you can get the meter filled. It can also be cancelled by hitting Parry, leaving her in a bit of endlag.
When you get two Inspirations, Yingo will stop thinking and make use of one of her Inventions! Your first Inspiration determines what Invention Yingo uses, and the second Inspiration gives the attack extra effects.

PHYSICAL SYNERGY: Yingo pulls out her giant Hydrogen Hammer Arm and slowly lunges forward, uppercutting anyone or anything in her path.
PROJECTILE SYNERGY: Yingo whips out her trusty High-Exposure Heavy-Duty Laser-Gazer 4000 (that is to say, its a laser gun), shooting a variety of projectiles depending on your second Inspiration.
SPEED SYNERGY: Yingo takes off to the skies with her Sky High Kicks, a pair of rocket boots. Charge up with Special, and blast up vertically! Using this move again in the air will make Yingo perform a powerful divekick back to the ground.
Yingo whips out her homemade rocket launcher and fires it head-on! Travels fast and horizontally with decent knockback, this move forms the backbone of Yingo’s zoning game.
When you achieve a Synergy, Yingo gains the ability to charge this move to charge up a new and exciting projectile!
With two Physical Inspirations, the charge shot is a close-range and devastating blast, great for ending comboes or taking opponents off guard when they’re expecting a rocket to come out!
With two Projectile Inspirations, the charge shot is a slow-moving but high-priority plasma ball. Hitting your Drone with this Plasma Ball will cause the Drone to shoot out 3 extra plasma balls, adding to Yingo’s zoning potential.
With two Speed Inspirations, the charged rocket will gain homing properties, mercilessly chasing after its nearest target!
Yingo winds up, then spins up diagonally like a crazy gear in motion. Multi-hit move with good knockback.
With two Physical Inspirations, this move becomes a winding fiery spin of destruction!! …That’s to say that it becomes stronger and faster, giving Yingo a reliable vertical finisher.
With two Speed Inspirations, the move gains a slower start-up, but becomes multi-directional. You can hold the Control Stick in any direction to move Yingo around, adding versatility to her recovery.
Yingo pulls out one of her dandy little inventions, a cute Drone that floats in the air.
The Drone comes equipped with a camera that you can activate any time you’re not in hitstun by pressing DSpecial again. If an enemy is within the camera radius, you’ll take a picture of them! Depending on what they’re up to (whether getting hit by a physical move, a projectile, or acting on their own in the camera radius), Yingo will gain an Inspiration, buffing her own attributes. The Drone also gains different properties when you obtain a Synergy, based on what Synergy you obtain.
Lastly, you can blow up the Drone with any of Yingo’s rocket moves (FSpecial, UStrong and Dair) in a pinch. Don’t worry, they’re expendable enough.
-Down air is a two-part blast using Yingo’s rocket launcher. You can autocancel the first hit to stun opponents and follow up for a combo! Yingo also gains a slight vertical boost off of the second-part explosion, letting you mix up your landings and recovery.
-Down tilt has Yingo do the splits, and is a very quick option with deceptively good damage. It is very short ranged though, so it makes for a good tool to get out of face-to-face scrambles or out of jab. Plus, the splits are really hard to do. Give her some credit.
-Your Drone’s camera will take a picture of just about any player in a match, except for Yingo herself…with one exception. Can you find what that is??
