The company flag is from the 380th military unit, 124 regiment. Its not offical but inspired by the flags soldiers use to represent their unit on construction sites.
The slogan banner says:

‘Let’s move forward for the development of our region.’
The propaganda posters say:
‘자력갱생의 기치높이 사회주의건설의 새로운 진격로를 열어나가자!’
‘Let us open a new road of advance for socialist construction under the uplifted banner of self-reliance!’
