Description

The idea of this mod is to bring new unique gameplay experience and even create a new subject-based playstyles, and make vassals more useful.
Mod changes checksum(you can’t get achievements on ironman).
Mod does not overwrite any game files, meaning it’s supposed to be fully compatible with any other mod, even with those that add new subject types.
Main features:

Subject interactions

To enter subject interaction menu you need to click “Subject interactions” button in diplomatic menu “Influence actions” section. Not work with Tributary states and Daymio vassals
Here you can decrease liberty desire, exploit your subject, designate role or use special interaction, for example make Personal Union out of vassal, vassal out of Personal Union or invest in Colonial Nation.

Subject role

Subjects now can be given one special role, which gives them some buffs related to their specialization and determinate which idea groups they will pick.
Not work with colonial nations
Religious:
This role gives vassal buffs related to conversion. Subject must have administrative tech 5. Idea pick: Religious->Offensive->Diplomatic->Aristocratic
Colonist:
This role gives vassal additional colonising abilities. Subject must have diplomatic tech 7. Can be assigned to Personal Union Idea pick: Exploration->Expansion->Trade->Plutocracy->Humanist
Administrator:
This role gives vassal additional core-creation cost reduction, lowered overextension impact(administrative efficiency) and claim-fabricating abilities. Subject must have administrative tech 7. Idea pick: Administrative->Spy->Humanist->Diplomatic
Developer:
This role represents “playing tall” playstyle and gives subject income buffs and developing/construction cost reduction. Subject must have administrative tech 7. Idea pick: Economic->Innovativeness->Trade->Plutocracy
Naval march:
This role gives subject increased naval fighting abilities. Can be designated on March. Subject must have diplomatic tech 7. Idea pick: Naval->Maritime->Quality->Innovativeness->Economic
Militarist:
This role does not provide any buffs to country because March already does, but determines picking military-related idea groups. Can be designated on March and Personal Unions
Idea pick: Quantity->Defensive->Innovativeness->Quality->Economic->Offensive

Other features includes:

Autonomy and taxation policies that mainly either decrease liberty desire in your subjects or gives you more income/force limit contribution/annexation cost reduction.
Some small tweaks: now full influence idea gives additional -10% LD based on subject’s development, and now 3 and 7 subjects gives you +1 diplomatic relations slot(once).
Various events(coming soon). This dynamic events will randomly happens during your campaign and will be mainly about your subjects asking you for role-related help.

Future plans

Right now core mechanics of mod is done, so I will be working mainly on bug fixing and adding new content, such as new interactions with vassals and role-related dynamic events.
Also it would be great if someone help me with localisation for other languages.

Important note

This mod, as any other might slightly slow down your game, but if you feel that this slow is significant(f.e. game is hardly lagging every day for long period of time) you should report it to me.
If you have found any bug you can describe it in “Bug reports” discussion/in comments/directly to me and i will fix it.
If you think that some roles or interactions are too powerful or unbalanced you can write about it on “Balance/Improvement suggestions” discussion
If you have brilliant idea for feature that I should add in my mod you can suggest it on “Suggestions for future plans” discussion.
