Description:

Some flag overlays from HOI4, some custom, and some by me.
A flag overlay is a semi-transparent image that you put on top of an AOC flag.
NOTE!
You can not use this flag pack by itsself within AOC. You need an external image editor (GIMP, Paintnet, etc) to use this collection of flag overlays.
You can suggest some for me to add, too!
Feel free to use any of these however you want, I do not care about credit whatsoever.

Instructions for usage (Windows Only)
1. Naviagate to C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent21863203626426095. If you don’t know how do do this, instead, you can press Windows+R to open the "Run" program, and then paste "C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent21863203626426095" into the text box, and press, OK.
2. Right click on the file named "Flag Overlay Pack.png", and click Copy, and then paste this image into any file location of your choice.
3. Once you have pasted this image to somewhere, like downloads, desktop, or something else, open it using your preferred image editor (paintnet, GIMP, etc), and from here, you can do many things, but to affix it to a flag in one of your custom flag packs, proceed to the next step.
4. Navigate to your flag pack in the files (which should be in C:UsersYOURNAMEHEREAppDataLocalLowJoySparkGamesAges of ConflictFlag Packs), and open the image file inside of your flag pack folder also with your preferred image editor.
5. Back in the instance of your image editor hosting the flag overlays image, use a conventional box-selection tool to select the desired overlay, press CTRL+C, go to the instance of your image editor hosting your flag pack, and paste the overlay on every flag in the pack.
