[B42] Craft Simple Weapons Without Needing Recipe
Found it strange that you’re required to learn a recipe to craft most of the simple improvised weapons, like screwing a can onto a bat or holding a spear over a fire? This mod removes the learned recipe requirement for the weapons that I deemed were simple enough that anyone should be able to craft them, provided they have the necessary maintenance level.
Comes included with a second version of the mod which allows you to also remove the skill requirements for crafting these weapons. Additionally the weapons that still require recipes have lowered skill requirements in this version.

- Fire Harden Spear
- Bind Spear Head
- Bind Spear Head With Wire
- Can-Reinforce Weapon
- Can-Reinforce Short Weapon
- Can-Reinforce Long Weapon
- Barbed-Wire Wrap Weapon
- Bone Club
- Jawbone Club
- Sharpen Jawbone
- Sharpen Bone
- Railspike Iron Pipe
- Railspike Long Handle
- Railspike Weapon
- Shiv
- Glass Shiv
- Toothbrush Shiv
- Fire Bomb
- Fishing Rod (it’s a weapon if you’re a fish!)
- Make Knife From Machete Blade
More complicated improvised weapons like the sawblade weapons still require learned recipes, as these seem like they would require a bit more expertise to put together.
