Smooth transitions, no stutter, no toggling.

Butter+ detects when you’re panning, zooming, or interacting with menus – then temporarily throttles simulation to boost framerate. The moment you stop, simulation catches back up.

Your 15 TPS colony? Camera still runs at 144 FPS.

Options > Mod Options > Butter+

• Smoothing – How aggressively stutters are detected. Higher = smoother but more slowdown.
• Min FPS – Always boost when below this FPS. Auto uses your monitor refresh rate.
• Max Slowdown – How much game can slow down. Lower = smoother, higher = faster game time.
• Triggers – Toggle camera movement and UI interaction boosts on/off.

• Butter+ – Instant burst, smooth wind-down. Best feel. Recommended.
• Dynamic – Ramps gradually. Less slowdown, but first frames may stutter.
• Static – Always max boost. Smoothest, but slowest game time.

• Stabilization – Hold boost steady before reducing. Prevents tickrate hunting.
• Cooldown – Keep boosting after you stop moving.
• Jitter thresholds – Fine-tune stutter detection sensitivity.
• Fine triggers – Choose exactly what activates boost (panning, zooming, menus, etc.)

Should work with most mods.
