Better Garrisons Standalone
This is a requested standalone version of my mod "Better Armies & Garrisons" without the improved recruitment.

It strengthens the garrisons of all Han, Bandit, Yellow Turban and Nanman factions in order to increase the difficulty of taking settlements, which is way too easy in the vanilla version of the game.
As of Dezember 2025, the mod works for all difficulties and the 182, 190, 194, and 291 start dates. Romance mode and Records mode are both compatible.
I’m currently playing the 194 campaigns, so the 200 start date will be added at one point in the future.
