Regionless Recruitment for All Factions
I made this mod to play Lu Bu as a horde faction, Liu Bei as a wandering band of brothers, and bandits as roaming looters. Uploading it in case anyone else would like to do the same.
Gives all factions in all campaigns Sun Ce’s ability to recruit and replenish when regionless. Also provides a 10% replenishment in foreign lands bonus to all armies so that units will actually replenish properly.
The "Regionless Faction" buff might not appear if you don’t have 1.7.2 Bug Fix as well.
