Rage of Lu Bu rebalance

There should not be a case where a special ability unique to a single general does less damage to a generic ability available to almost all sentinels and vanguards. hence i rebalanced the damage profile and cooldown for Lu Bu’s Rage Of LuBu ability. Now it no longer feels like you did ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when slamming the ground while dueling.
Rage of Lu Bu now has:
5.1k Damage
30 second Cooldown (same as flames of phoenix)
