Liu Chong’s Faction Overhaul 刘宠派系加强

1、Chen royal guard change to wood unit and add formation,normal crossbow(220) change to precursor crossbow(160) and decrease reload time.

2、Increase charge bonus of chen peacekeepers,normal crossbow(220) change to elite crossbow(250) and decrease reload time.
Change minimum character recruitment rank to 4 and increase cost.

3、Add new chen water unit – chen guard(陈郡卫军) with new type medium penetrration crossbow(225) and one hand axe.

4、Add new chen water unit – chen repeating crossbowmen(陈郡连弩兵) with new type repeating crossbow(130) which has powerful damage but burst size is only 3(normal repeating crossbow is 8) and one hand sword、large shield.

5、Add characters satisfaction bonus、campaign movement range、fatigue resistance to Liu Chong’s faction resource

6、Add 2 new assignments for Liu Chong’s faction which consume faction resource every turn.
peace and prosperity（兴邦）— decrese building construction cost、building construction time、building upkeep,increase public order.
military buildup （兴师）— increase mustering speed、replenishment and supplies.

1、陈郡羽林军更改为木系兵种并添加了阵形，将普通弩更改为160射程的先锋弩，并增加了隐藏射速，与先登矛卫持平。

2、陈郡泰平卫士增加了冲锋加成，将普通弩更改为250射程的精英弩，并增加了隐藏射速，与禁卫弩骑持平，费用适当上调。

3、添加新兵种陈郡卫军，中装，配备250射程的精英弩，近战配备可破盾的双持斧，费用比北海之怒略高，将领2级可招募。

4、为刘宠派系资源刚毅增加满意度、战役地图移动力、减少疲劳速度，效果逐级加强。

2021/04/06 更新：
1、调整了陈郡泰平卫士的招募等级，现在将领4级可招募

2、陈郡卫军替换装备，降低护甲，配备新模组的230射程重弩，相比普通弩拥有更高的普通杀伤和更小的校准范围，同时调整了陈郡卫军的隐藏射速，满级射速与先登弩手持平。近战武器更换为单手破盾斧和小盾。调整降低维护费。

3、添加新的陈郡单位-陈郡连弩兵，重装，配备新模组140射程的连弩，高杀伤，相比通用连弩拥有更远的射程和更快装填速率，一发三箭（通用连弩一发八箭），近战配备陈郡大盾和单刃刀。费用比重装连弩兵略高，将领3级可招募。

2021/04/07 更新：
为刘宠的耀武技能额外添加了25%战役地图移动距离和天侣光环，现在用刘宠领军做任务不会觉得他跑图龟速，骑着乌木王也不会觉得像乌龟王了…

2021/05/22 更新：
1、降低了陈郡连弩兵的射程。

2、取消陈郡卫军的盾牌，重制陈郡卫军的弩箭，降低伤害和射速，射程调整为225，穿透力调整为中等（神箭团等级），最高可穿透6名敌军（绝大部分弓弩穿透力为低，最高穿透3人）。

3、为刘宠派系新增两种独特差事。
兴邦 – 每回合消耗5刚毅，降低建筑建造成本、回合时间、建筑维持费，提高公共秩序。
兴师 – 每回合消耗10刚毅，增加集结速率，提高补员和补给，但是会降低人口。
